Hodgepodge
Here's another handful of Bakelite buttons that go back to the 1920's. This little hodgepodge of five is mostly an assortment of Plain Janes and no-frills buttons, but a couple of them are fancy. The licorice toggle, in particular, is quite unusual with carved details; and the creamed corn button is the tiered variety that resembles a little top. A hunky-dory jumble of antiques, these oldies-but-goodies are a lucky lot and a fine variety of genuine Bakelite.
