Lovely Bakelite, always so full of surprises. Here's a pair of art deco buttons in the most beautiful shade of green. Rounded and yet rectangular, they've been given a treatment of sculptured dips and curves. These buttons go back to the 1930's, if not further back to the Roaring Twenties. I love these buttons for their vintage allure and exotic mood. I've never seen anything quite like them.
