Purchased last month from my dear friend Doreen, this giant Bakelite cube just boggles my eyes! With its ritzy, art deco angles and superbly vogue design exploding with zigzagged geometry, this heavy coat button is a colossal ripsnorter in vivid green. Stare into it long enough and you might glimpse a 1920's speakeasy. Look for the Irish flapper winking at the shady trombone player—both of them squiffed off their keisters. Otherwise, it's like staring directly into an emerald kaleidoscope.
