Here's an interesting button in black Bakelite chiseled over a piece of wood with the carved division appearing a bit like two snazzy paws. I've had this button for several years and can't recall if I found it in a Kansas City antique shop or on some other venture. It's an attractive button that likely goes back to the Great Depression. I'll be posting buttons like this all month: Bakelite together with wood.
